EXPERIENCE HERITAGE IN A FORMER STREETCAR BARN
Wychwood Barns has become one of the city’s most popular event venues. Its soaring ceilings, abundant natural light and architectural detailing create a dramatic backdrop for all kinds of events. The Barns is home to artist studios, not-for-profit organizations, a community gallery and a popular farmers’ market.

Our main event space, the Covered Street Barn, features a full-length skylight, glass garage-style doors and original exposed brick, making it the ideal spot for vendor markets, galas, weddings, festivals and conferences. The adjacent Christie Open Air Courtyard can be added on for an indoor-outdoor vibe makes for an incredible auxiliary space for wedding parties or VIPs. The venue features in-house tables, chairs, and basic AV equipment.
At 7,680 sq.ft., the Covered Street Barn is our largest event space. It features a full-length skylight that fills the room with dazzling natural light. Glass garage-style doors on each side of the room that can be opened onto public parkland. For more intimate gatherings, the Covered Street Barn can be partitioned into smaller spaces with fabric sheers.

Located on the west side of the facility, the 3,000 sq.ft. Christie Open Air Courtyard can be used as an extension of the Covered Street Barn, increasing the capacity of your event. Think al fresco cocktails, or food trucks.
